User Research
Understanding the user
There were 3 main pain points on the user research limitations:
Limited time on research can lead to incomplete data
The number of interviews that need to be conducted may be less than predicted.
Engaging participants and recruiting the right participants from the target audience.
User Personas
Two user personas and journey maps are created to address key pain points, ensuring the app meets the needs of different users interested in Bandit Baker's services.

Low fidelity prototype
The prototype design went through two rounds of revisions following user testing.
Round 1: Feedback highlighted the need for a search bar and the addition of a pick-up time feature on the main page, enabling users to view available products based on their chosen collection time.
Round 2: With user profile, we added a dropdown, allowing user to view their receipt on the app as well as receiving email confirmation. As some users are ordering for company use, which require a separate receipt.
Hi-fi prototype and sticker sheet
The final design provide accessibility considerations through the layout of the page, choice of fonts and through colour accessibility testing, we were able to pair shades of orange with both black and white backgrounds.
Please note prototype only utilise a couple of products to showcase layout and basic functionality.
